3. Table bookings and enquiries

Booking enquiries

Submitting a booking enquiry via our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us by email.

We reserve the right to decline any booking enquiry at our discretion.

Cancellations and amendments

If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@three-horseshoes.com. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

For large party bookings (10 or more guests), specific cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

Late arrivals

We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us so we can accommodate you where possible.

Dietary requirements and allergies

If you or any member of your party has a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us at the time of booking and again when you arrive. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free from allergens.
